Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in an operations or analytics role supporting a large global business or experience in driving a global business from a customer success or product perspective.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Consulting in the enterprise segment, working directly with large customers and be familiar with field needs to successfully drive a new program.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 12+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 15+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.
- Deep experience on enabling consumption/usage and related processes, customer and partner requirements, and is deeply familiar with field roles and challenges.
- Demonstrable thought leadership to create new initiatives and programs to achieve results.
- Analytical skills, able to distill key insights from incomplete data.
