Job Description

In this role, the incumbent is responsible for defining, evolving, and executing on the Workplace Services vision and strategy. This product line includes Building and Package Management, Integrated Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, Smart Buildings, Guest Management, Physical Access Controls, and Video Surveillance. The PLL is responsible for understanding and influencing the objectives, defining opportunities to take to meet those objectives, and ensuring that these are well defined with measurable outcomes.

Product Line Lead, Workplace Services’
primary responsibilities include, but not limited to
:

  • Vision and Strategy Development:

    • Define the product line vision and strategy in collaboration with partners and value teams, ensuring strategic alignment across the product line.

  • Discovery and Prioritization:

    • Lead product line-level discovery activities, prioritize problems and opportunities, and drive a transparent prioritization process to monitor risks and dependencies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

    • Act as the chief advocate for the product line within the organization, ensuring stakeholders are informed about the product roadmap, points of contact for demand management, support issues, and overall priorities.

  • Team Collaboration and Support:

    • Work closely with Technical and Design Leads to remove obstacles, enhance team focus on customer satisfaction, and ensure product line goals are achieved.

  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:

    • Proactively monitor metrics for value delivery and product performance; implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track effectiveness and user satisfaction, driving continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and quality.

  • Lifecycle Management and Compliance:

    • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to business enablement SLAs and compliance procedures.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate best-in-class solutions.

  • Financial Oversight and Reporting:

    • Manage the product line's P&L and total cost of ownership (TCO), ensuring timely, complete, and accurate financial and governance reporting, and communicate risk and status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Coaching and Best Practice Sharing:

    • Coach team members to enhance their product skills and collaborate with other product leaders to share best practices.

  • Agile Methodology Utilization:

    • Utilize Agile methodologies and tools to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and track progress, ensuring alignment with organizational compliance goals and metrics for performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies

  • 5+ years leadership experience managing global teams

  • Strong understanding of facilities management and site security technologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

  • Demonstrable experience owning and delivering digital products​ throughout their entire lifecycle

  • Leadership and management skills, with proven abilities to set direction, lead and motivate team members and the proven ability to drive organizational change

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:

$169,700.00 - $267,200.00
