Senior Inside Sales Representative - Fire Protection You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of New York City or Long Island on a remote schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Guide and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and facilitating to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous sales performance improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and facilitation
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market guidance
The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $66,600 - $99,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
