Senior Inside Sales Representative - Fire Protection You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our New York City or Long Island on a remote schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Guide and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and facilitating to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous sales performance improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and facilitation
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market guidance

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $66,600 - $99,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
