- 7+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications
- 5+ Years experience analyzing and interpreting performance metrics and logs
- 3+ Years of Data Processing and cleaning including the handling of large datasets, addressing encoding issues, and transforming raw data into suitable formats for LLMs.
- 3+ Years of experience with LLMs (including training) and Prompt Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ Years experience presenting to senior leadership within a customer or partner organization.

- Familiarity with common enterprise services and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
- Understand and evaluate metrics for accuracy, fluency, coherence, and task-specific evaluations.
- Proficiency with writing and debugging application's developed in Python, TensorFlow, or JAX and as well as an understanding networking concepts and protocols
- Technical leadership, including the ability to understand the customer IT landscape, identify opportunities and overcome any technical obstacles, ultimately influencing the adoption of AWS platform in conjunction with business requirements.
- AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise
