- 7+ Years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications.
- 5+ Years of experience debugging and troubleshooting application's developed in Java, Ruby, Python, C/C++, Go, or Rust language(s) and frameworks.
- 5+ Years experience analyzing and interpreting performance metrics and logs
- 5+ Years deploying and running containers at scale including orchestration technologies like EKS and ECS
- 3+ Years experience presenting to senior leadership within a customer or partner organization.

- Ability to understand the impact of cross-az/cross-region on network communication latency and application performance
- Familiarity with common enterprise services and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
- Technical leadership, including the ability to understand the customer IT landscape, identify opportunities and overcome any technical obstacles, ultimately influencing the adoption of AWS platform in conjunction with business requirements.
- AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise
