Job Summary

You will share your time between performing trade implementation activities for managed accounts as well as working on projects relating to improving the various commingled trading and workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Day to day workflow/trading issue and escalation support
• Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes, procedures, and business architecture
• Manage orders and send trades
• Timely and accurate trading of accounts
• Assist Wealth Management portfolio managers with account maintenance issues and account trading inquiries
• Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project manager(s)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Own entitlements across multiple internal and vendor platforms

• Understanding of relevant investment products (Managed accounts, equities, mutual funds, ETFs) and financial markets
• Python coding experience a plus
• Strong analytical/writing skills, ability to quickly analyze information and creatively reach solutions
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, well organized, able to multi-task effectively
• Ability to conceptualize and quickly understand new processes
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
