Job responsibilities:
- Conducting deep-dive, current state assessments of business processes
- Investigating and determining root cause through qualitative means (interviews, voice of employee, customer feedback) and quantitative skills (data analysis, operational KPIs)
- Applying a range of analytical tools in order to motivate data-driven process management
- Supporting the design of business processes and building system requirements which enable frictionless flow of work
- Working across functional groups to motivate improvements in the end-to-end process
- Interacting with key stakeholders such as Finance, Risk & Controls, Workforce Planning, etc.
- Supporting teams of internal Analysts to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverable as well as benchmarking and staying current on industry and competitor trends
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 plus years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in program deployment, project management, process improvement
- Proven flexibility in working with all levels of an organization from Executives to Front-Line
- Motivated self-learner comfortable with task ambiguity and thought leadership
- Work with data sets in order to provide insight and direction
- Adept in MS Office, specifically Excel
- Honed organizational skills in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Financial services and/or fraud experience
- Familiarity or expertise in Tableau, Alteryx
Schedule: Hybrid Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
