Key job responsibilities
• Execute GTM strategy to grow AWS Data business through consulting partners and technology partners in North America.
• Support partners across different stages of their development including practice development, offering/solution development, enablement, and leveraging AWS programs.
• Drive partner revenue through regular pipeline, opportunity registration, and business reviews with partners to exceed annual goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, solutions architecture, product management, and other teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Serve as an AWS database and analytics services subject matter expert who advocates for AWS partner capabilities internally and externally.A day in the life
Activities include building and executing joint get-to-market and go-to-market plans, educating partners on our services, helping partners innovate with our services, and unblocking challenges that our partners face in realizing business growth. You will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of partner solutions and capabilities. You will also serve as a data subject matter expert aligned to support partner management and partner sales teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of business development, sales, or alliance management experience in the software/technology industry
- 4+ years of experience selling database and analytics related services or products.
- 5+ years demonstrated ability to exceed sales, business development, or alliance management goals against annual growth targets for technical products
- 5+ years demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and driving strategic plans across various teams including solution architecture, product management, partner management, and account management teams
- 5+ years demonstrated experience defining business goals and developing and executing go-to-market plans that exceed goals.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of sales, business development, or alliance management experience in the software/technology industry
- 6+ years selling database or analytics solutions with partners
