This is Quota carrying position tied to GEO Renewal goals.
Responsibility
Manage inbound renewal inquiries coming from both internal teams and channel or customers.
Assist with maintaining high quality data hygiene in our renewal tools and Salesforce.com to ensure accurate reporting.
Documenting guideline and internal operation policies and processes.
Proactively maintain up to date the documentation on internal and external portals.
Assist with New Hire setup onboarding and training organisation on Renewal process & best practices.
Cross functional interaction with other teams such as IT, Order Management, Customer Support, Enterprise Agreement team, Pricing, Marketing & Sales to ensure alignment on renewal processes.
Assist in renewal operations tasks in backup of local renewal reps. (quote creation, reporting etc).
Perform other duties and projects, as assigned, to support the growth of our business.
Skills And Requirements
Fluent in English plus another language would be advantageous
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills Required
Strong Understanding of MS Office
Salesforce and Tableau knowledge preferred.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Customer oriented and attention to detail required
Experience in renewal business desired
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to "think outside the box".
