Your responsibilities will include:
- This includes involvement in developing and implementing marketing initiatives, driving the growth of existing capital and future capital and software/service products globally, and championing global commercial execution to ensure achievement of ambitious growth targets
- You will contribute to the development of the Software and Service roadmap, product planning, and end-to-end product delivery. Influence key commercial stakeholders to build the momentum on service commercialization.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise and excel in cross-functional collaboration and project management,
- Independently develop, key global business planning activities and ensure accuracy and conformity in forecasting and supply chain, operations and budget management.
- Works closely with upstream counterpart, R&D and business teams to ensure that prioritized programs have the necessary dedicated resources for execution
- Support Sales training related to capital and service programs to enable successful interaction with non-MD hospital customers - IT, Biomed and Administrators.
- Influence upstream projects and launch cadence, providing guidance/direction for TDP/PDP and advisory board concept, organization, and execution; represent franchise projects and interests at PIB and TRB meetings, and assist in preparing and presenting at business planning team meetings.
- Contribute to setting market development and planning priorities.
- Develops global relationships and builds credibility/influence with internal cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries/regions
- Contribute to franchise global downstream marketing and sales, and suggest means to improve strategy and effectiveness.
- Contribute to understanding key industry dynamics and trends and in formulating strategy and concept messaging techniques.
- Network with colleagues in other franchises and cross-functional departments to enhance own franchise systems and processes to accomplish “best in class” business objectives.
- Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality. Understands and complies with all regulations governing the quality systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of medical device capital equipment experience required.
- 2+ years experience of commercializing capital and service programs.
- Experience of managing and engaging hospital IT and Biomed team
- Product launch experience is required
- BA/BS required, Master’s/MBA preferred
- 5 years experience in - Downstream (product launch/commercialization)
- Experience in GI Endoscopy and/or Surgery space is plus
- Knowledge in capital integration and PACs connectivity is plus
- Medical device sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated success working as an integral cross functional team member, and ability to develop deep clinical expertise in medical device product line.
- Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects related to capital
- Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment
- Position requires ~40% travel (international included)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
