Key job responsibilities
- Supports operational needs, tracks and escalates Billing Console cases and sales tax refunds
- Management of payer and linked account issues
- Supports AWS Account execs in partner deals. Connects AWS sellers with distribution partner sales and partner reps.
- Provides onboarding support and issue resolution
- Supports program funding
- Supports downstream seller needs
- Trains distribution partner sellers
- Holds pipeline calls, manages and surfaces pipeline and creates pipeline reports
- Organizes QBRs for AMER distribution partners
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
