Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing data insights for 3rd Party Fraud Policy across the USPB businesses.
• Will be accountable for directly extracting data from various “gold source” databases and developing strategic insights using that information.
• Focus will be on authentication as well as product level segmentation across Branded Cards, Citi Retail Services and Retail Bank lines of business.
• Recommends appropriate actions and controls which will optimize fraud mitigation, customer experience an operational efficiency
• Partners with Operations, Analytics and Process Integration Teams to coordinate actions and assists the Control group in the evaluation and management of Global policies and standards
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Understands the latest fraud performance trends and communicate these to the businesses and articulates mitigation projects and overall approach to Fraud related issues

Qualifications:

• 8+ years Credit Card and/or Retail Banking experience preferred
• Direct experience with SAS, SQL, Tableau
• Fraud experience preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
