Minimum Qualifications
  • BS degree in Engineering required, Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in hardware engineering or operations program management - proven ability to effectively manage factory build events and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with portable consumer electronics devices.
  • Experience with PCBA design, layout, or DFM a plus.
  • Strong technical background in EE. Additional ME / Mechatronics background is a plus.
  • Leadership skills and ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Superior attention to detail - ability to manage complex build matrices and detailed build planning.
  • Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
  • Experience interfacing with cross functional teams including Mechanical Engineering and Design, Systems Engineering, Reliability, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support international travel for build events.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
