Position Overview:
Additionally, you will conduct collaborative workshops with agencies to identify and address areas for improvement in the end-to-end handling of evidence, including seizure, extraction, analysis, review, and evidence presentation in investigative workflows. Public speaking at events and representing Cellebrite to diverse audiences will be a key part of your role, requiring strong public speaking skills.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies within your assigned region.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the unique needs and challenges of each stakeholder group and recommending tailored Cellebrite solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Account Manager to engage clients both strategically and tactically, landing new and/or increasing sales of Cellebrite’s products, solutions, and services.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and conduct workshops to demonstrate the value of Cellebrite’s offerings.
Process Review & Workflow Optimization:
- Conduct detailed reviews of investigative and analytical workflows, identifying inefficiencies and challenges that will promote the expansion of Cellebrite solutions.
- Provide actionable recommendations, in collaboration with the Pre-sales staff, for adopting Cellebrite tools to improve evidence collection, analysis, and integration into investigative processes.
Strategic Planning & Sales Execution:
- Through the Manager - Investigation and Intelligence Unit Sales, Asia Pacific, execution strategic account plans, build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, and meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales objectives.
- Align Cellebrite’s offerings with stakeholder-specific challenges, operational goals, and analytical needs.
Collaborative Workshops:
- Facilitate collaborative workshops with agencies to assess their end-to-end handling of evidence.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes including evidence seizure, digital extraction, analysis, data review, and preparation of case files.
- Develop and present tailored solutions to address the gaps identified during workshops, aligning with Cellebrite’s offerings.
Public Speaking & Representation:
- Represent Cellebrite at industry events, conferences, and workshops as a subject matter expert.
- Deliver engaging, professional presentations to diverse audiences, including senior law enforcement officials and investigative practitioners.
Sales, Procurement, and Support Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Cellebrite’s Sales Account Manager’s, Pre-sales Engineering, and Post-sales teams to support agencies during the procurement process and ensure seamless adoption and integration of Cellebrite’s solutions.
- Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams to align agency needs with Cellebrite’s offerings and services.
Knowledge Sharing & Training:
- Stay current on Cellebrite’s product offerings, emerging trends in digital intelligence, and best practices for investigations.
- Educate agencies on the capabilities and benefits of Cellebrite’s solutions through structured training and consultation sessions.
- The ability to contribute to the investigations and intelligence domain and provide insights and thought leadership to Cellebrite agencies and IU.
Essential:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in criminal investigations or intelligence analysis within a law enforcement agency with high level experience in utilization of various forms of digital evidence in the prosecution.
- Experience in an investigative supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and an ability to oversee investigative or analytical workflows.
- A high level of written and interpersonal communication skills, including strong public speaking skills, to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- An ability to travel frequently and manage a diverse schedule of agency engagements.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with Cellebrite’s Digital Intelligence tools in investigative or analytical workflows (training on Cellebrite solutions will be provided to the successful candidate).
- Familiarity with government procurement and contracting processes.
- Background in digital forensics, intelligence analysis, or technology-driven investigations.
Communication Skills:
- High-level presentation skills: Ability to deliver engaging, professional presentations to a variety of stakeholders, from operational teams to senior decision-makers.
- Advanced report-writing skills: Ability to produce clear, concise, and professional reports tailored to investigative and analytical audiences.
- Ensure that all engagements are accurately recorded in the internal reporting system in a timely manner ensuring effective collaboration across the sales team.
- Ability to speak fluently in an APAC regional language (e.g., Chinese, Thai, or Bahasa) in addition to English is advantageous and preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Sound knowledge of digital evidence processes within investigation and intelligence workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of Cellebrite’s Digital Intelligence platform and its real-world applications in investigations (all training provided).
- Expertise in analyzing agency investigation workflows and presenting tailored recommendations for improvement.
