AsDiversity & Inclusion Solutions Program Manager, you are at the forefront of implementingyour industryand best practices to create and deliver global, scalable, and integrated solutions that align withpatterns and trends across multiple projects, solutions, and initiatives, as well as benchmarking against industry standards, to design and drive the adoption of transformative solutions that

You cultivate and. You analyze various data sources,insights and recommendations, and communicate them effectively. You manage vendor relationships, including requirements, administration, onboarding, and engagement, ensuringand understanding of expectations. You plan and execute your own projects and oversee budget management for solutions.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree AND 4+ years of relevant HR or business experience
    • OR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant HR or business experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification
  • Understanding of adult learning theory
  • Learning solution design

Responsibilities
  • Supports the implementation of solutions that foster diversity and inclusionby assessing business needs and researching best practices.
  • Coordinates and manages full life cycle planning and execution for multiple projects, including timelines, project budget, and resource allocation.
  • Identifiesand tracksmetrics,performs data analyses and interpretsresults, and provides insights to stakeholders to inform decisions.
  • Collaborates and builds relationships with key partners (e.g., Data Analytics, HR, business)to align solutions with business needs,and advisesandpromotesdiversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Facilitates the consumption and awareness ofMicrosoft’s diversity & inclusion solutions bydevelopinggo-to market strategy,toolsand materials across a variety of modalities (e.g.decks, self-service content).
  • Staysabreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field of Diversity & Inclusion to assess the effectiveness of on-going efforts andidentifyopportunities for new initiatives, approaches, or programs.
