What you’ll do
- Support the management of expanding Belfast and London Citi Apprentice populations through managing well-executedprograms.
- Act as key point of contact and partner with third party vendors including Apprenticeship Training Institutions.
- Work closely with the early career’s D&I Recruiter and the Global Head of Early Careers D&I on the execution of all early career D&I programs.
- Develop a close partnership with business stakeholders to design newprograms,review and enhance existing programs.
- Act as the Human Resources (HR) point of contact for all programparticipants.
- Responsible for initiating, monitoring and overseeing the performance management process for program participants.
- Support mid and long term career development by providing career coaching.
- Work closely with HR Generalists/Advisors to solve issues related to programpopulations.
- Partner with HR Generalists/Advisors and regional compensation teams to complete the year-end performance management and compensation process for programparticipants.
- Ensure that all programparticipants and managers are fully trained and briefed on all aspects of the programlife-cycle.
- Support campus talent acquisition team regionally and globally on development project initiatives.
- If required attend early career events, forums and round tables
What we’ll need from you
- Recruitment and/or programmanagement experience required.
- Working knowledge and understanding of the UK apprentice market and experience of early career D&Iprogram.
- Understanding of the banking industry and culture an advantage.
- Understanding of specific developmental needs of early careers populations.
