What the Candidate Will Do
  • Plan and execute market penetration strategies by leading a sales team to source prospects, generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.

  • Lead, supervise, and coach sales team members to support their career growth and professional development.

  • Act as an advocate for both the sales team and the regional team to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Basic Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales cycle planning to manage pipelines and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs/OKRs.

  • Ability to train, coach, supervise, and manage a team of 9–10 sales representatives to effectively execute sales strategies and meet targets.

  • Demonstrated leadership in supporting and executing market penetration plans alongside peers.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and report generation.

  • Strong presentation skills and experience using G Suite tools.

  • Pipeline Management: Skilled in managing a sales pipeline to monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English is a strong plus.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in EC (E-commerce) or OFD (On-demand Food Delivery) industries is a plus.
