What You’ll Do
Develop and execute market penetration strategies by leading a team through prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
Coach, supervise, and inspire a team of 9–10 sales representatives, supporting their professional development and career growth.
Identify key market opportunities and guide the team to achieve business goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with peers to drive and support strategic sales initiatives.
Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Build reports and deliver presentations using G Suite and other tools.
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including planning, pipeline management, and delivering against monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs and OKRs.
Strong leadership experience in coaching and managing a team of 9–10 sales professionals.
Familiarity with Salesforce and data-driven decision-making through reporting and dashboards.
Solid presentation skills and proficiency with G Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Demonstrated experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
Strong people management skills with a track record of team development and performance management.
