3+ years in a marketing operations role in E-commerce, with direct responsibility over product pricing and promotions.
Experience in a highly dynamic, fast paced and high intensity environment that requires multi-tasking, flexibility and agility to adapt quickly and effectively
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and oral/written communication skills across all levels
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities in order to translate customer requirements to technical capabilities
Proven experience building strong working relationships to solve multiple complex projects with stakeholders including engineering teams, marketers, PM and UX teams in order to
collaborate creatively, problem solve and have a strong bias for action to deliver end-to-end results
Intermediate experience with Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and comfortable with large datasets in Excel / Googlesheet
Experience in leveraging AI to ideate, build and deliver process efficiency gains
Preferred Qualifications
Strategic mindset and ability to identify opportunities including leveraging AI to improve business operations and revenue growth
Impact and influence - ability to articulate business/technical situations to align on solutions with partnership and stakeholders
Experience with Qliksense, Tableau, Wiki, and Quickbase a plus
