Key Responsibilities:

• Manage US service strategy from prelaunch to end of life – requires ongoing partnership with Project Management Office & divisional marketing, finance and service operations.
• Attend monthly new product launch and end of life meetings to coordinate product life service activities
• Support Global service needs by partnering with Regional managers, sharing US strategy and portfolio & guiding global offerings
• Drive successful capital equipment and service strategies across divisions by leveraging best sales practices and business processes
• Develop service contracts/entitlements & billable services that align with service plan & ExpertCare portfolio while maximizing revenue (Own for US & provide guidance for Global)
• Develop/rollout service sales execution plans with sales teams
• Plan and Develop sales rep training requirements with marketing teams
• Own & facilitate monthly alignment meetings & QBR content – align strategy, sales, & delivery
• Drive & Develop AOP/Fcst/Strat plan alignment, conversations and strategy

Required Qualifications

• Sales Analytics and Operations experience
• Product Management experience
• Ability to build relationships and influence key partners
• Project Management experience
• SAP, SalesForce, ServiceMax, Tableau
• Sales Analytics and Reporting

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
