Your Role and Responsibilities
- Planning and Business Alignment: Partner with Geo/Market demand strategists; ecommerce teams, to build and execute digital demand plan that is part of the overall omni-channel demand plan.
- Partner with Global campaign teams to receive briefing and provide feedback for Digital Elements.
- Active participation in EMEA teams to direct Market requirements, insights and client feedback for Digital elements.
- Execution tasks will include the following: Orchestration of the digital experience; Digital campaign Landing & Localization; Client Journey validation and customization; Paid Media performance (KPIs), strategy and execution, ongoing tracking of KPIs for Market performance; Marketing Automation routing /validation; Web performance and Optimization
- Performance objectives: Accountable for Digital outcomes
- Response Management – Sales/Marketing actions to improve Client interest build/quality
- Hand Raising Moments – ensure HRMs are activated and flowing properly
- Workload Conversion – quantity/quality, maximize conversion of CIs/CSs to SQL and WR from digital execution
- NCA/PLG aligned: Participates on Digital Sales Weekly interlocks and NCA inbound/outbound management system to drive digital performance.
- Account led/SSEP aligned: joins relevant management system to drive digital performance (ie consulting BDRs)
This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong German language skills
- Experience in setting up a digital demand plan for capturing new clients.
- Strong collaboration and coordination abilities.
- Seeks feedback and adjusts plans and tactics accordingly.
- Actively sells the plan to stakeholders that do not know detail of digital onmichannel environment.
- Understands online client journeys and what it takes to capture and progress interest through the sales funnel.
- Understand web optimization, marketing automation, and paid media.
- Can do work ethics.
