10+ years of experience in a creative production design role, in a global media and publishing company, advertising agency, or company in the technology or retail business sector.
5+ years of leadership and management experience, preferably an ECD or senior Creative Director level.
College degree in a design-related field, such as graphic design or visual communication.
A proven track record of building successful teams, developing talent to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals.
Deep expertise and experience driving alignment and prioritization of requirements with a diverse range of business partners, shaping and driving organizational change across teams you’ve led.
Ability to craft creative briefs, compelling narratives and presentations that engage stakeholders and drive alignment.
Expertise in AI and Gen AI technology and how it can empower and augment design, video processes, and content deployment.
* Experienced in evaluating and guiding concepts, providing creative direction to design teams and getting hands on with the work as needed.
* Meticulous attention to detail and exceptionally high standards of quality.
* Highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
