In this role, you will:
- Work as an experienced level process consultant who will organize, lead, and facilitate large scale companywide strategic redesign projects
- Ensure effective relationships among the design teams
- Identify complex analyses and apply results to initiatives that support recommendations for optimal approaches; including proposed technology, staff and structure changes, and cost estimates
- Partner with executives and more experienced managers companywide to help define the business strategy
- Create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Process Engineering experience preferably within a highly regulated industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in process mapping and optimization tools, as well as familiarity with automation technologies.

Pay Range
$122,200.00 - $217,200.00
