As part of our team, you will:
- Need to be able to work independently, and as a team member, and be responsible for acting as the technical lead when dealing with customers and partners.
- Interact with other members of NFS (sales/post-sales etc.), and Nokia business and product groups.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IP/MPLS, be able to engage customers, present viable technical solutions, and articulate their value to our customers.
- Contribute to the creation of customer network evolution plans, and actively position our technology strategy, solutions, and products to address customer needs.
- Address complex technical risks (e.g. product roadmap availability) with mitigation plans and solutions which generate solid business impact.
- Work with customers on Proof of Concepts (PoCs), trials, demos etc. and provide first-level support in event of configuration questions.
- Travel: This position will require travel, both domestic and international, 40% of the time.
