You will report directly to our Sr. Field Service Manager and you'll work out of one of Honeywell’s main Hub offices on a hybrid work schedule.

• Lead and manage the Cloud Operations team, ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based solutions
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and optimizing processes
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of our cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational gaps and opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in our cloud operations

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations leadership or a related field
• Experience with Azure Infra-as-Code using ARM/Bicep or Terraform
• Experience with Azure network topologies, App Gateway configurations, DNS record management, firewall management, and CA certificate management
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, technologies, and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Knowledge of Kubernetes pod deployments and configuration using Helm charts deployments
• Experience with Databricks or related Data Management technologies(Hadoop, Snowflake etc.)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure at scale
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery
