Key responsibilities:
- Upholds Honeywell Safety Management and environmental standards, ensuring regulatory compliance in production.
- Manages work cell capacity, aligning schedules and staffing with the production plan.
- Leads production staff, providing daily guidance and managing performance.
- Fosters teamwork and cooperation, maintaining professional communication and conflict resolution.
- Drives productivity and continuous improvement, overseeing appraisals, training, and cross-functional meetings.
Key qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Technology, with experience in assembly processes.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods, with a preference for green belt certification.
- Exceptional people skills, including conflict resolution and the ability to coach, mentor, and provide feedback.
- Commitment to continuous improvement in teamwork and production processes to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Dutch and English language skills, with strong communication skills across different organizational levels.
