Key Responsibilities

Investment Execution

• diligenceand investment thesis buildingon prospective investment opportunities;prepare investmentmemorandums,buildfinancial models,conduct market research andpresent to internal investment committeeandmanageapproval processes

• Work cross-functionally within the firmon both new investment andfollow-on investmentprocesses;maintain

• Support sourcing, market landscaping and thesis building activities within the Fund’s focus areas

• strong relationships with keyventure capital,impact investing,andstart-upecosystem playersand represent the Fund at industry events

Support and

• a portfolio of investments,monitoring company performance,trackingfinancial and impact results,and preparinginternalquarterly portfolio reviewsandotheranalys

• Support follow-on investmentopportunities, including diligence,approvals,executionand structuring

• Support portfolio companies by attending founder meetings and enabling partnerships across Citi to help support portfolio company growth

• internal partnerengagementongovernanceandoperationalitemsoverthe life cycle of an investment

• portfolioanalysis and dataprojectsforCiti risk and control functions andfirm-wide reporting

Qualifications

• Commitment to the Citi Impact Fund’s mission and desire to innovate in impact investing

• years of experience inprivate equity / venture capitalinvesting; total of 5+ years of experience in relevant role (investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate finance, or direct business experience in oneof the fund’s investment verticals)

• Strong preference for directinvestingexperiencein at least one of Citi Impact Fund’s key verticals

• prepare valuationanalysisandsynthesize in written investment materials

• Strong communicationand relationship management skillsas well as an entrepreneurial

• Attention to detail and desire to deliver high qualitywork productsthat drivekeydecisions

• interpersonal skills and comfortcontributing todiscussions at senior levels

• Natural curiosity for learning new things and proactively sharing information with others

• Strong senseof urgency in driving projects to completionand ability to prioritize assignments and work in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technical/analytical discipline
