You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for servicing & driving revenue through the collection of renewals and upselling opportunities
  • Outbound calls to existing customers for the purpose of selling renewal contract
  • Managing the partners and distributors to ensure timely feedback was provided
  • Training the partners and distributors on the usage of Renewals Tool and responsible for managing inquiries on renewals
  • Track and measure daily sales goals vis Salesforce database
  • Build and maintain accurate account information in our CRM system.
  • Qualify and develop leads

What you bring to the table:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience in making cold calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred, not required
  • Able to manage time, leads, and produce results
  • Strong presentation skills and negotiation skills.
  • Team player
  • Ability to communicate well with our customers in their native language. (Ability to speak any of the following languages would be a plus : Vietnamese, Mandarin, Indonesian/ Malay, Tagalog).
