Americas OperationsRecruiting Event Coordinatorto help drive ourevents service to successful outcomes. The roles you will support are critical to the success of ourAmericas Deliveryteam. You will be working closely withto land top talent across our organizations.

As an Event Coordinator you will be at the center of each hiring event with the ability to trulyTo be successful in this role you need to understandthe hiring process from start to finishin a high-volume environment. You should be comfortable and effective at deliveringresults in fast paced and urgent environments.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience navigating an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • 1+ year(s) experience with event planning and/or interview scheduling in a high volume, complex environment.
  • 2+ years experience in project management

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Decisive and able to challenge constructively whenappropriate toobtainobjectives.

Responsibilities
  • Work with key stakeholders in delivering and managing hiring needs while understanding the requirements of a role, the business challenge, and how it fits into the organization.
  • Identifyopportunities to develop and improve programs, and work with others to define program strategy and create project plans.Driveforclarity in program issues and strivefor simplification. Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
  • You will own the eventlogisticsand candidate lifecycle all the way to the point of interview and will be paramount in ensuring the interview day is successfully coordinated and delivered.
  • Collaborate closely with others while coordinating hiring events with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an ambiguous environment to meet business needs.
  • Work with schedulers and recruiting partners to ensure remarkable candidate experience. Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent.
