Junior Event Coordinator
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote
Your key responsibilities
As part of the Campaign & Experiences Team, your main responsibilities would be:
• Collaborate virtually with the Swiss EY Meeting & Events Team
• Administrative activities before, during and after events
• Creation of online registration sites, building landing pages in marketing tools, EY Event Apps and usage of virtual event platforms
• Administrative support in the execution of marketing campaigns
• Preparing & launching of marketing campaigns in Marketo
• Maintaining EY-databases
• Being part of the core project team - planning, coordination and execution of the required logistics
• Efficient use of methodologies, EY tools and databases and constant development in digital solutions
• Be aware of quality/visibility and consistency of the EY Brand in events and campaigns
• Technical support
• On-site support, when required
Skills and attributes for success
• First experience in organizing and executing events
• Excellent English
• Analytical mindset
• Tech-savvy
• Experienced user in MS Office and fair knowledge of Outlook and MS Teams
• Professional and diplomatic communicator
• Able to work independently, with attention to detail and proactive approach to make the project succeed
• Reactivity and ability to manage emergency, think out of the box and adapt to last minute changes and business dynamics
• Understand of business environment by investigating and proposing service and process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies for marketing
