Manage complex calendaring and scheduling, requiring internal and external coordination
Anticipate, prioritize and partner to make complex schedules work
Handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company
Provide the highest level of customer service; acting as liaison between the administrative team, executives, and customers to ensure seamless communication and proper follow through
Assist with organization and preparation of materials for team meetings
Manage and submit expense reports
The skills you’ll bring include:
Intermediate to expert experience with the G Suite (G calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides)
Significant level of experience with coordinating complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international
Enjoyment of a fast-paced and challenging environment
Proactive thinking and problem-solving with an entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to interface with a wide variety of people both internal to Rapid7 and external in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner
Strong organizational, critical thinking, comprehension, communication, and writing skills with the ability to multitask in a confidential environment
