Take charge of driving excellence in strategic account management and growth, fostering a One-Honeywell approach across business teams.
Define and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate sales performance, demand generation, and marketing ROI effectively.

Lead the development and deployment of compelling value propositions, offering roadmaps, and connected solutions tailored to key customers and markets.
Collaborate closely with Chief Technology Officers to ensure successful new product introductions and optimize product lifecycle management.

MinimumQualifications:
15+ years of experience in a combination of Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development.
PreferredQualifications:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
Strong background in B2B environments, including software, technology, energy/sustainability, manufacturing, or telecommunications industries.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and successful product introductions.
Prior experience in consulting, corporate strategy, and in-house corporate development roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
