Your Impact in Role

  • Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, Audience Strategy and Data Analysts to ensure smooth campaign launch and mid-flight optimizations
  • Execute multi-tier campaigns with various strategies: display, search, sponsored items and others
  • Understand Sales pipeline and coordinate the campaign operations across partners and offshore teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and successfully
  • Troubleshoot live campaigns by proactively monitoring them and proposing optimizations to ensure they reach budget utilization and performance indicators
  • Closely supervise the offshore operational team supporting the region
  • Work with Product and Engineering to identify changes to internal Ad systems / tools that reduce the occurrence and impact of bottlenecks affecting delivery scalability, and improve the efficiency and quality of ad campaigns
  • On occasion provide support to the Japan and Taiwan sales team for select priority / cross country accounts.

The Experience You'll Bring

  • Proven experience working in the digital advertising industry.
  • Experience working in the Japan market with advertisers in different industries (2+ years).
  • Minimum of 5 years in Ad Operations, AdTech/digital advertising or equivalent experience at a data-driven, tech savvy company.
  • Hands on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills (data driven and quantitative skills) with MS Excel and Salesforce proficiency
  • Strong project management capabilities with stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross functionally with many teams.

Ideal Characteristics

  • 1+ year of people management experience.
  • Knowledge of DFA/DCM, GAM, or Sizmek, Criteo, Citrus platforms.
  • SQL, Tableau experience highly preferred. Experience working with clients in the fast food/restaurant business or CPG.
  • Experience working with data management platforms and analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, ComScore, etc)
