Your role:
Focus on the execution alongside all omni-channel activities (TVC, Retail, PR, SEA - e-tailer search, Paid Social - Programmatic - Affiliate - Philips.com pages - CRM emails - E-trade content) across key Categories.
Manage Media planningand evaluation, includingevaluating strategic recommendation & detailed media plans, approving media plans, managing the PO & invoicing approval process, ensuring post-campaign evaluations including all touch-points, analysis & feedback
Coordinate Media AgencyEnsure the media ecosystemand target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI’s.
Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modelling.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor, Master or comparable practical experience
Media planning and Agency Management
Digital Mindset
Change management in the media thinking (internally and externally)
Action Oriented and data-driven, clearly define decision-making process, use data-driven insights and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders
• Strong negotiation skill
• Native level Japanese skill
