Your role:
Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools
Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines
You're the right fit if:
You have at least 3 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport
You have very good English level (B2 or higher)
You are excellent problem solver and have good organizational skills (time management, work management)
You can take ownership and have good communication skills
You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP (would be an advantage)
