Managing end-to-end sales orders (e.g. Z2, POmanagement, delivery management, order changes, invoicing and disputes) with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
You're the right fit if:
You have minimum 1 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics;
You have fluent English language (C1 level), feeling comfortable in communication with UK&I market;
You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management);
You can take ownership and have strong communication skills;
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
You have working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP) would be an advantage
