Order Management Specialist

Your role:

• Managing end-to-end sales orders (e.g. Z2, POmanagement, delivery management, order changes, invoicing and disputes) with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
• Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).

You're the right fit if:

• You have minimum 1 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics;
• You have fluent English language (C1 level), feeling comfortable in communication with UK&I market;
• You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management);
• You can take ownership and have strong communication skills;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• You have working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP) would be an advantage
