• Participating in technology development as part of a global team

• Leading data collection and compilation to meet the business needs of the semiconductor industry.

• Implementing new standard processes and providing feedback to improve them.

• Determining answers to questions through experimentation in a chemistry lab setting.

• Independently collect and compile data to meet team goals.

• Build data packages showing fitness-for-use for customer applications.

• Collaborate with local and global research teams and cross-functional teams to support a leadership position in the markets we serve from both performance and sustainability perspective.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering(completed and verified prior to start)from an accredited institution.

• Three (3) + years of experience with new product, process and/or technology scale-up and deployment of new technologiesin a private, public, healthcare, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in science or engineering from an accredited institution

• Five (5) years of experience with new product, process and/or technology scale-up and deployment of new technologies.

• Experience in the fast-paced semiconductor industry is helpful

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including communicating with colleagues around the globe as well as manufacturing counterparts.

• Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team

• Passion and curiosity to address Semiconductor industry challenges
