Leading role in various critical and technical complex tasks related to network planning, quality assurance, optimization, new releases, features implementation and consultancy.
Lead the delivery of network planning and optimization projects according to the agreed scope of work (SoW), while managing customer’s expectations and schedule of acceptance.
Performs critical (sometimes escalated) design and performance activities in customer projects independently. These may include complex problem solving in projects with Multi-layer , multi-vendor environment.
Leading Radio Network Planning and Optimization activity in 4G or 5G network
Participate and support in Network evolution strategy, Network Consolidation, Spectrum reframing activity of the customer network.
Leading test case preparation and execution, feature trial and new product introduction.
Build strong networking and relationship with Global experts, product line and region experts.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 15 years´ experience in Radio Planning and Optimisation with minimum 1 year in 5G technology and 7 years in 4G technology and good track record of solving complex technical issues.
5G & 4G Optimization experience covering cmWave ,mmWave Optimization; NSA,SA, VoLTE, mMIMO, Multi layer mobility and load balancing.
In depth knowledge in RF principle and fundamentals of 4G and 5G: Nokia or 3rd party products.
In-depth knowledge in RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signaling flow and protocol in 4G and 5G Nokia or 3rd party products.
Experience and knowledge on E2E mobile network (RAN and Core) network planning, performance and optimization is an added advantage.
Knowledge in database programming , big data analytics, Strong programming skills, using computer languages in R, Python, SQL, C++ will be an added advantage.
Deep knowledge of parameters, features and KPIs in 4G or 5G Technology. Advanced knowledge of Nokia and/or another vendor is a must
Expertise in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting
Expertise with DT measurement tools and post-processing tools
Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge sharing from internal or external teams and cross functions
Flexible for travelling on regular basis.
Good communication: candidate needs to have easiness to communicate, and be perceived as a natural lead. Presentation skills must be intermediate to advanced.
English: advanced is preferred.
