Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in Radio Planning and Optimisation with minimum 1 year in 5G technology and 5 years in 4G technology and good track record of solving complex technical issues.
5G & 4G Optimization experience covering cmWave ,mmWave Optimization; NSA,SA, VoLTE, mMIMO, Multi layer mobility and load balancing
In depth knowledge in RF principle and fundamentals of 4G and 5G: Nokia or 3rd party products
In-depth knowledge in RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signaling flow and protocol in 4G and 5G Nokia or 3rd party products
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Accountability to drive quality and costs efficiency. Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction
Strong team player, self-motivated and possesses strong commitment to excel.
Influencing Others, Problem Solving, Customer Focus and consulting
Experience and knowledge on E2E mobile network (RAN and Core) network planning, performance and optimization is an added advantage.
Knowledge in database programming , big data analytics, Strong programming skills, using computer languages in R, Python, SQL, C++ will be an added advantage.
