HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  1. Knowledge of IMS/VoLTE/ CS Core /PS Core network architecture & call flow
  2. Knowledge of DB Preparation for Configuration Management and operational activities on day-to-day basis
  3. Interaction with all the stakeholders for MPS support and alignment for operation planning
  4. Having Good knowledge of IMS core /PS Core & CS Core KPI Calculation & formulation, Capacity assessment & forecasting, good knowledge of all Interface & its Impact, Performance analysis
  5. Knowledge of Performance Management and analysis approach - Manage/Track KPIs and make sure their reporting is proper with correct analysis.
  6. Knowledge of tracing (Wireshark) troubleshooting KPI to meet the required benchmark & threshold.
  7. Knowledge All NE KPI involved in IMS Core & co-relation of Alarms & Incident
  8. Knowledge of End-to-End Roaming KPI & performance.
  9. Impact Analysis of any KPI, Incident, CR & New technology interacting in existing projects
  10. Tracking network performances services and maintaining Dashboard for scheduled review call
  11. Leading Monthly/Weekly /Daily meetings for IMS Core With operations, customer and projects management team
  12. Maintain updated HLD and LLD designs of the IMS Core/PS Core network.
  13. Create enthusiasm among the team members, customer needs, provide high-quality service, and promotes company image.
  14. Involvement technically for better & smooth network function
  15. Knowledge of cloud functionality of VNF, CNF, CNCS, & preferred for cloud certification.
  16. Understanding business requirements and being able to provide technical solutions.
  17. Least but not last customer handling experience,
  18. Good communication skill handling/Dealing with global customer.
  19. Knowledge of tools, Power BI, NetAct/OSS, MS office
  20. Team building & positive attitude to handle the customer requirement

Typically requires 5-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
