HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN


• Support in Shift in NAM time zone during network KPI dip and operational impact incident.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, hotspots, and areas for improvement in the 5G core network architecture, protocols, and configurations.
• Knowledge of tools, scripts, and dashboards to facilitate real-time monitoring and analysis of the 5G core network.
• Understanding of Design, deploy, and maintain the 5G core network elements, including the Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF), Session Management Function (SMF), User Plane Function (UPF), and Network Slice Selection Function (NSSF).
• Collaborate with network architecture, operations, and optimization teams to develop and implement innovative use cases for 5G core network enhancements and optimizations.
• Perform network capacity planning and dimensioning for the 5G core network.
• Understanding of technical documentation, including Network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and closure of customer query.
• Handling customer complaints raised by customer.
• Knowledge of HLD, LLD and its modification
• Support for new feature testing and peer team`s activities.
• Support in migration plan for packet core in live existing node equipment.
• Co-ordination with solution team for new feature enhancement and optimization.
• Detailed Monitoring, Planning and Optimization of 5GC KPIs.
• Defining of database parameters related to PS core Network planning.
• Providing Network design, Detailed planning, and Network verification work
• Planning to take necessary action on PS nodes based on failure logs captured from it to improve its performance.
• Knowledge of Project planning, Network optimisation, Performance improvement, Incident impact & Customer facing role
• Knowledge of probing tool for tracing & KPI improvement /resolving customer TTs,

Typically requires minimum 8-9 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.

• Core Performance KPI Formulation and Validation
• Core Performance KPI Optimization, Core Network Parameter Audit
• Excellent Knowledge of 5G-Core network
• Deep understanding of 3GPP Signalling Procedures & Call flows 5GC & IMS core network.
• Knowledge of 5G Core & IMS Core Interfaces
• Cause Code and SIP Error Code Analysis
• Trace analysis using Wireshark tool (PCAPs).
• Knowledge of cloud computing platform and virtualization technology.
• Interfacing with customer & resolves customer network issues
• Technical documentation in Excel & Power Point.
