Key Requirements:
- Remain as a Primary Customer Interface for the HPS sales and business development
- Achieving sales targets and quotas for designated accounts
- Maintaining customer relationships conducive to business and manage & grow existing accounts, develop new accounts for HPS
- Setting & executing the Account Plan for the assigned account to achieve growth
- Working very closely with Line of Business (LOB) representatives for customer satisfaction and analyzing sales and marketing data to determine further growth opportunities
Key skills and qualifications:
- Engineering degree in Control / Electrical & Electronics / Computer / Mechatronics and 6-10 years overall experience in sales
- Experience in industrial technology sales, solution selling, consultative selling, experience in doing business with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies, experience in doing business with end users for various vertical markets such as: Power (Conventional & Renewables), Oil & Gas, Chemical, MMM. Experience in UZ market is a plus
- Strategic and tactical mind set with passion of Sales & networking skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plan & pursuit plan, proven track record of meeting or exceeding Sales targets and ability to manage, lead, negotiate & finalize deals with thorough understanding of contract terms
- English - upper intermediate is a must, Uzbek language is a plus
