You will report directly to our Senior Sales Manager and you’ll work out of ourHouston, Texas location on a remote work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts,serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth andachieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts andcollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction througheffective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback toidentify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with aproven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
