Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Pension Benefit Management activities for all DB and DC plans – incl separation/retirement/death
- Special fund related DB plans including implementation of new pension legislation.
- Senior plans design and execution as well as reporting
- Collaboration with relevant parties both internally in IBM (Finance, Legal, HR, etc) but also externally (pension fund, actuary, works council, etc)
- Implementation and execution of Pension plans and design changes
- Communication and contact with all relevant parties (Management, Associations, Works Council, Pension fund, Finance, Payroll, Legal, HR, employees/retirees, etc)
- Resolution of exceptions and escalations
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Dutch and English language skills – written and verbal
- Good negotiation skills, ability to hold difficult conversations
- Ability to work with numbers in an accurate way with attention to details
- Ability to work independently with a personal drive
- Teaming with existing local & global (regional) HR team as well as with external vendors/suppliers
- Client focus, Associations, Work Councils etc
