Why you’ll love your job:- Develop and implement AI ethics guidelines and processes that ensure the responsible use of AI across HR
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that AI and automations are designed and implemented in a way that is transparent, explainable, fair and ethical
- Ensure that HR systems and the data that are used are secure and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with IBM Ethics Office, Legal teams, Procurement and Office for Responsible Tech and Privacy to enhance the current ethics and compliance process
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures that ensure the accurate, complete, and secure storage and transmission of HR data
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify risk, potential data breaches and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate and promote HR compliance, AI ethics and data controls to HR teams.
What you will bring to the team:- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on AI ethics and technology
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics principles and guidelines, including transparency, explainability, and fairness
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and guidelines, including data security and data breach response
- Knowledge of HR processes, HR systems and data
- Knowledge on Data Privacy foundations
Experience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary, you can learn them at IBM:- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA and EU AI Act
- Data Science knowledge and technical background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and training skills
