In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in:
Strategic & analytic orientation: You should have a proven track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative and qualitative orientation, as you will both structure and execute analyses to drive actionable insights.
Strong business judgment and leadership: You’ll have an end-to-end understanding of both existing and potential CF products and offerings, how they fit into the larger ecosystem, and be able to anticipate impacts from changes internal and external to CF and Capital One. You’ll work closely with team members across CF and EA to understand the tradeoffs of decisions and how they impact both external residents/communities, and our business. You’ll synthesize your insights into actionable strategies that will define the priorities and ultimately drive success for CF, in the face of a shifting dynamic landscape.
Executive communication skills: You will leverage impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills

A Team Player
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis
At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis
At least 1 year of experience in people management
At least 1 year of experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis
5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis
2+ years of experience in people management
2+ years of experience in product development
2+ years of experience in financial modeling
2+ years of experience in economic forecasting
2+ years of experience in project management
