What you'll do
As an Associate Business Process Consultant, you'll have a host of responsibilities focused on helping our customers maximize their systems' efficiency and performance:
- Work with a highly experienced team of technical experts within SAP Center of Expertise while collaborating with teams across the globe
- Provide onsite and remote customer service delivery via transformational and safeguarding services from the SAP Premium Engagement portfolio to some of SAPs biggest customers around the world.
- Be accountable for development, proof of concept and configuration services for SAP customers in the UX space
- Empower customers with hands on, face-to-face workshops covering SAP Fiori & UX topics along with some of the more recent innovation topics
- Develop and execute service and de-escalation plans for critical customers
- Drive new initiatives and activities as part of the CoE
- Multiply expertise in the team with knowledge sharing
- Adapt standard service products to customer’s individual needs
- Provide clear recommendations and guidance to promote customer value realization including identifying opportunities to increase SAPs involvement with a customer and position services to fill these gaps and meet the customers need
- Work with core products/technologies including SAP UX (including SAP Fiori), SAP BTP & SAP Fiori Elements.
What you bring
To thrive in this technical role, we're looking for people with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Science or Engineering or similar
- Strong skills in industry-known programming languages
- Experience in software engineering, whether as:
- An Intern or working student.
- A technical consultant or technical project manager
- Developer experienced in enterprise applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively within Team and Customer-facing environments
- Proven attention to detail, with a focus on quality assurance
- Solution-orientated with awareness of both technical as well as business concerns
- Technical inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities will help drive collaboration across various teams within our organization
- Customer facing experience
- Business fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Hands on experience with SAP Fiori, HTML5, JavaScript/UI5, Node.js, Angular or React is desirable but not mandatory
