As a
Lab Support Engineer 1you will have good problem-solving skills with the a
- Manage, handle SAP inventory process, ESM call management system incidents, and tasks assigned to you.
- Taking instructions from Developers, QA, QC engineers, your manager, and LabOPS engineers.
- Manage your call volume, setting the priority order, adjustments from your manager, and the LabOPS Engineers.
Essential Requirements
- Associates College degree or 1-2 years equivalent work-related experience
- Good knowledge of SAP, Service Now
- Customer Service relations
- Collaborate with team members
- Will be required to do some physical activity building racks and cabling
