As a
Lab Support Engineer 1you will have good problem-solving skills with the a

  • Manage, handle SAP inventory process, ESM call management system incidents, and tasks assigned to you.
  • Taking instructions from Developers, QA, QC engineers, your manager, and LabOPS engineers.
  • Manage your call volume, setting the priority order, adjustments from your manager, and the LabOPS Engineers.


Essential Requirements

  • Associates College degree or 1-2 years equivalent work-related experience
  • Good knowledge of SAP, Service Now
  • Customer Service relations
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Will be required to do some physical activity building racks and cabling

  • Hard worker, eager to learn, and works well individually and in teams.

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for thisposition: $68,760.00 to $84,000.00.
