What you’ll achieve

As a Lab Support Engineer, you will be working with a talented team of engineers to create new projects and manage existing projects plus day-to-day lab operations that can support the ever-growing demand of a very fast-moving organization.
You will:

• You’ll interact with managers, product management, global support and core engineering to bring our product to a broader and increasingly demanding market.

Essential Requirements

• Knowledge of UNIX / Linux and Windows Server plus basic VMware Knowledge.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair with storage equipment
• AAS Degree similar certifications or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to repetitively lift 70 lbs. for installation of Dell products

Desirable Requirements

• Technical understanding of Cisco, Brocade, Dell and/or Arista network platforms.

• Understanding of development/test labs and workflows.
